Workplace wellbeing initiatives don’t need to be expensive or difficult to implement.
Wellbeing Initiatives are appreciated by workers if they are part of a wider wellbeing strategy and NOT just a yearly tick boxing exercise.
Activities need to be fun, engaging and most importantly created with employee input. I would suggest offering a mix of educational resources, employee incentives, flexible working arrangements, self care and wellbeing activities to support worker wellbeing.
