FOODS FOR ENERGY
General: Foods that don’t make you excessively full or bloated afterwards.
Foods to incorporate in your diet include banana, cinnamon, beans, lentils, joghurt and oatmeal.
Foods to avoid: Those that make us want to go to sleep straight after!
Tip: Try smaller meals

FOODS FOR MENOPAUSE
General: Eat foods of all colors.
Foods to incorporate in your diet include avocado, seeds, oily fish, dark chocolate, nuts, fruit and green vegetables.
Foods to avoid include processed foods, fatty foods, excessive caffeine/alcohol.
Tip: Drink 8 glasses of water

FOODS FOR STRESS
General: Find nice dark chocolate!
Foods to incorporate in your diet include dark chocolate, blueberries, eggs, joghurt, spinach, kale, Salmon, Turkey & Oysters.
Foods to avoid are High fat, High sugar products, amongst others.
Tip: Try Chamomile Tea to relax
